Hello. Hello. And welcome to the first ever episode of the service game podcast brought to you by onsomble. Hi there. I'm Julie Krieger. I am the owner of onsomble and the founder of this fabulous business. We work for associations with associations and everything to do with associations because we love it.

We're for the people who run associations, whether you're a paid staffer doing it all or doing a lot of the work. Or a volunteer director. Perhaps you're feeling out of your comfort zone. Well, we'll be releasing weekly episodes covering all things not for profit associations. We'll cover systems, procedures, processes, and policies, getting the best out of your board, getting the best out of your executive officer and your team, company structures, resourcing structures, effective decision making. Troubleshooting and much, much more.

This podcast is designed to help you run your not for profit association with ease, knowing you're not alone, no matter how lonely it might feel at times.

And there's a story behind that, actually, I'll just quickly delve into it. The O comes from the symbol of togetherness. And I guess it's a play on the word onsomble coming from the French onsomble, spelled with E's, meaning together.  so we are , as our symbol shows you a series of individuals, individual companies, individual people coming together to do great work. And to deliver for our customers, for our  members, and for the greater good within our individual industries. So that's why we are onsomble and that's why we have the O's because it's, it's kind of like a big warm hug.  Thanks again for joining us on this first episode of the service game by onsomble.
