onsomble was founded in 2017 as a provider of outsourced association management services. We specialise in providing whole-team outsourcing, with services including:

onsomble’s model is very flexible.  Based on your brief, your goals, and the way you prefer to operate, we develop with you the format for provision of our services which works best for all.  This means we have the scope to provide specific services for specific hours per month, or to work with you on what you need, when you need it.  We can scale services up and down according to your evolving needs, or we can work on a project basis to achieve a defined goal. 

 

  • Every client team is headed up by an account manager to oversee the work we perform for you, ensure quality output across the team, delivery to deadlines and budget, and to act as the key contact for your Chair or EO.
  • Dedicated staff who are focused on you, and become part of your organisation (no temps or revolving door of new people looking after you).
  • A combination of locally based and Philippines-based staff which enables us to provide services at the highest level with the most economical cost model.
  • The infrastructure required for your (onsomble) team to operate effectively (including computers, Office 365 suite, phone, wifi, IT support, software platforms and security systems).  
  • True team connectivity, including setting up online chat via MS Teams to enable seamless communication across the team (you, your Board and staff, your onsomble team, other contractors/providers).
  • Shared IP through access to our tool-kit of accumulated wisdom and working document templates.
